Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) if your order and payment are received before 1 pm. Orders should reach you within 3-5 working days but can take longer.
Special order goods
All special order goods must be arranged separately with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This can take up to 7 days to arrange.
Returns and refunds
Our hope is that all HAYASHI products meet your expectations, however we understand there are occasions when this isn’t the case and you will wish to return items.
Our returns policy gives you 14 days for a full refund and 28 days for an exchange, subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Please use any method you wish to send back the items within the timescale above. Our advice is to use a tracked service in case of any queries. We do ask that you include the original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase. On receipt of items our customer service team will refund full amount within 14 days.
Packing your returns
It is important to reuse the original packaging when returning items to us.
We will not accept items not in their original conditions and product box or have been damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
If your item is faulty, email email@example.com and we’ll refund, fix or send out a replacement as quickly as possible.
